Blackheath Cyber Shed

Blackheath Cyber Shed
Long Description

New smartphone, tablet or laptop? Let us explain how to make it work best for you. Learn one-to-one, in a no jargon, non-threatening way. Volunteer opportinuities avaliable. Digital inclusion is our core business. We introduce over-50s novices to the internet one-to-one, with a focus on social media.  Students are offered four, one-hour classes (at no cost to students) on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays during school terms.

Until recently our classes have focused on these mature adult learners, but we're looking forward to piloting Kids Coding workshops on Saturday mornings in 2018.  ClubGRANTS seed funding from Katoomba RSL Club has made this pilot possible. It should be an exciting new venture.
